We’re a family of energy practitioners and reiki masters based in sunny California.

In nature, fire is a catalyst for change and transformation. It purifies and clears away the dense, dry undergrowth of the forest floor to create space for new growth to emerge. Inner Fire Studio was born from a burning desire to light an inner flame.

Your inner fire is your inner life force, but it can get dampened by the undergrowth and brush of life.

We create and hold space for you to release what no longer serves you. To rekindle a radiant flame of conscious transformation.

At Inner Fire Studio, our mission is to:

  • Release energetic blockages and stagnant patterns that dim your light
  • Illuminate a shift from flight-or-flight to flow
  • Elevate the energetic inner life force of people, pets, and places

Minh’s story

If you’re feeling stuck in a job that drains your soul, I get it—because I was you. I tried to outrun the stress, but no matter how fast or far I went, I couldn’t outrun a life that didn’t align.

After a knee injury left me sidelined, I turned to a guided meditation to seek relief. As I focused my awareness on my knee, a wave of energy flowed through me—and when the session ended, I stood up with no pain.

The spark within ignites. It was the first time I realized there is a profound healing energy present.

Shortly after, I was unexpectedly let go from my corporate job. What followed was some serious soul searching sprinkled in between birdwatching, binge watching, and a heavy dose of ice cream. It became clear the universe was redirecting me towards a new path.

Reflecting on my mother’s life of service at the temple—and how she is still lovingly remembered years after her passing—inspired me to carve a path that shines a light for others.

Reiki began to show up in my life, a whisper I couldn’t ignore. Having experienced energetic healing firsthand, I knew this was my path to uplift others and helping them release the heaviness in their lives.
